![]() But I needed Xcode's latest version and had to upgrade again. No overheating and I don't think fan even spun for all that time no matter what I did. Even upgrading to Mojave again worked fine. So I reinstalled macOS version that came with my laotop(Yosemite) and it worked fine and battery works fine too. It solved no problems and when I tried running playgrounds app it made run fan even crazier and battery got from 70% to 15% in 20-30 mins. So I decided to reinstall again thinking maybe there was an issue with installation of os. My MacBook model is MacBook Pro 13" Retina early 2015. even opening music app can make fan run like crazy. The fan starts to run after few mins of turning on MacBook and it runs wild if I put some load on it. ![]() ![]() Overheating after updating to macOS 10.15.4 I was happy with Catalina and I was on 10.15 but I decided to update to latest version which is 10.15.4 and after updating my MacBook Pro overheats even without any apps opened.
